Founder and Director of AerTalent, Róisín McArdle holds a BSc. Hons Degree in Communication Studies, a Certificate in Human Resources and is Certified in Internet Recruitment Practices. Róisín has also been a member of ISTAT since 2011 and attends aviation industry events and conferences worldwide throughout the year. With 20 Years experience in Recruitment and Executive Search including extensive experience in financial and aviation talent sourcing from entry level roles through to Director and C-Suite positions. Róisín established AerTalent in 2012 with a strong desire to offer quality and transparent recruitment services to both companies and candidates within the aviation industry, and since then has developed a Global network of Professionals within the Industry, many of whom were once candidates and are now Senior Executives utilising Róisín's experience to hire for their own teams/departments. Prior to joining AerTalent in 2015, Fiona was employed for 9 years as a Recruitment Business Partner within a Global IT organisation, supporting Hiring Managers in the EMEA region from Graduate to Senior Director positions in cross functional teams. As a proficient and skilled professional she possesses a wealth of experience in recruitment strategy, profiling, headhunting. Astute in all aspects of recruitment and Executive Search, Fiona is able to formulate resumes that get results. She is adept at providing consultations to gather key client information and has a natural aptitude for translating standard job descriptions into achievement focused resumes.
