Company Director and Lead Talent Finder, Róisín McArdle holds a BSc. Hons Degree in Communication Studies, a Certificate in Human Resources and is Certified in Internet Recruitment Practices. Róisín is also a member of ISTAT and attends aviation industry events and conferences worldwide throughout the year. With over 10 Years experience in Recruitment and Human Resources including extensive experience in financial and aviation talent sourcing from entry level roles through to senior management and director level. Róisín established AerTalent in 2012 with a strong desire to offer quality and transparent recruitment services to both companies and candidates within the aviation industry. Providing knowledge based and industry focused recruitment solutions, Róisín ensures that by fully understanding the industry, company and hiring managers requirements she can provide comprehensive and time sensitive results.

Fiona holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management with a focus on marketing and also a Diploma in Human Resource Management. With over 14 years experience in Recruitment Management. Fiona was employed for 9 years as a Recruitment Business Partner within a Global IT organisation, supporting Hiring Managers in the EMEA region from Graduate to Senior Director positions in cross functional teams. As a proficient and skilled professional she possesses a wealth of experience in recruitment strategy, profiling, headhunting, managing projects and facilitating related processes and systems. Immediately prior to joining AerTalent in September 2015, Fiona started her own Career Coaching business while living and working in Australia. Astute in all aspects of recruitment, Fiona is able to formulate resumes that get results. She is adept at providing consultations to gather key client information and has a natural aptitude for translating standard job descriptions into achievement focused resumes. Laura’s work experience spans 15 years in various industries within Customer and Administration Support Functions. A qualified Pharmaceutical Technician, Laura gained invaluable experience within the challenging pharmaceutical industry often working in pressurised and time sensitive environments focused on providing quality customer service and ensuring confidentiality and client satisfaction. Laura provides Administrative , Accounting & Recruitment Support services within AerTalent working closely with the Managing Director on multiple recruitment assignments.
